
Tuesday, 27 January 2026 – Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia officially held a Kick Off Meeting for Oracle E-Business Suite and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Upgrade Project at Atma Jaya Office, Sudirman, Jakarta. Meeting was attended by management representatives, IT unit, and PT Ocean Digital Innovation as implementation partner.
This project is part of university efforts to strengthen systems supporting academic, financial, and operational activities. Upgrade aims to improve system performance, stability, and security, while optimizing features to provide a more integrated and user-friendly experience.
Under coordination of IT unit, project is planned to run for six months, starting in February 2026 and targeted for completion in July 2026. Scope of work includes system version upgrade, configuration adjustments, testing, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth go-live without disrupting daily operations.
Kick Off Meeting marked an initial step to align project scope and timeline, while strengthening collaboration across teams. With active involvement of key parties at Atma Jaya together with PT Ocean Digital Innovation, project is expected to run according to plan and achieve agreed deliverables while supporting future institutional needs.
